CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To provide the fastest possible delivery to our customers, orders are immediately sent for processing. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.

If there is an error with your order, please email englishstaple@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

We hope that you love your English Staple items as much as we do, however if something isn't quite right or you would like to return your purchase we are more than happy to offer a refund or exchange. We have a 14 day returns policy. Kindly note that in order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the order remains the customer's responsibility until we receive it back safely in our care - we, therefore, suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance.To start a return, you can contact us at englishstaple@gmail.com and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.If you have any questions or concerns about your return please don't hesitate to contact us at englishstaple@gmail.com.If you received a defected item (this is for items that have sustained an issueprior to shipping. All items damaged during transit must be filed with the USPS), please email englishstaple@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY and we'll make sure you're properly taken care of. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality handmade items and want to make sure you're happy! All items damaged in transit, must be filed with USPS claims if they're insured.  RETURNS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS If an item is returned due to an incorrect addresses, the customer is responsible for correcting the address orincur a 35% restocking feeon the specific order in question. This is non negotiable- it is the responsibility of the customer to double check the address. Please note : it takes a great deal of time to reprocess items into the shop 

MY ITEM LOOKS DIFFERENT THAN THE IMAGE ON THE WEBSITE. WHY?

We do our best to display all of our products and colors as accurately as we can. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the colors represented or shown on the website exactly matches the actual product. Handmade items may come with natural flaws or variations in the materials we use. We feel it only enhances that natural beauty of our products. However, please take this into consideration prior to purchasing.

HOW LONG WILL MY ITEMS TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Please allow up to 3 business days from purchase date for your order to be processed. Delivery times usually fall within 2-10 business days, depending on your location. Some overseas destinations may take anywhere from 14-18 days to arrive depending on shipping selection.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
